Our service center staff have all been trained by Chem-Dry New Zealand to meet the same standards we expect from our technicians. This allows the customer care specialists to make more informed decisions on how best to proceed with your customer to ensure that they get the best possible service.

All of our call center staff follow a training program which includes becoming a certified technician through the Carpet & Rug Institute.

How Does It Work?
